Filming Wraps

Filming began at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in late September last year. Cornish directs from his own screenplay with Louis Ashbourne Serkis in the lead as Alex, a modern-day schoolboy who discovers the mythical sword Excalibur.

The cast includes Dean Chaumoo, Tom Taylor, Angus Imrie, Patrick Stewart and Rebecca Ferguson as evil villain Morgana. The Kid Who Would Be King is one of several projects wrapping in the UK around now.
